Photo Magician is a small and easy to use program that allows you to quickly scale and convert your images. It will enable you to easily process several files at once and create custom conversion profiles. The supported formats include common ones like BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG and TIF but the application can handles some that are more special like RAW images, DDS, PCX, PSD, TARGA, WBMP and WMF.
